Exel Customer Day
A Great Success

On 2nd July 2009 Exel hosted a Summer Customer Day & Barbeque at their offices in Sawley, Nottinghamshire.  The event brought together EFACS customers from many different industries for an informative morning presented by Exel staff.

The Customer Day provided over 40 attendees with demonstrations during the morning of the new Eagle Field Service product, the Business Intelligence & Reporting (BIRT) application and interactive sessions showing new functionality and enhancements to EFACS E/8.  After these demonstrations customers and Exel staff enjoyed a barbeque lunch in a marquee, set in the grounds of Bothe Hall.

Initial feedback from the event indicates that the day was a great success, with customers finding the presentations of great potential use to their organisations.

Exel plan to repeat the event next year, as it has proved an excellent method for customers to speak directly to Exel in an informal environment and learn more about new product developments.
