EFACS now on Linux and Oracle

Exel Computer Systems pic, the UK Software Author has announced that their integrated business solution, EFACS E/8 is now available on a Linux and Oracle platform. Drawing on their 25 years experience and expertise gained over 650 successful ERP implementations around the world, Exel has developed their integrated ERP solution so that it is available on a platform that is favoured by companies around the world.

Market share analysis from Gartner showed that Oracle still dominates the database market with over 47% of the market based on Sales Revenue, this is a greater share than IBM and Microsoft combined. Rue Dilhe, Exel’s Managing Director explains “Exel plan to target this market, and the experience of Exel’s consultants, gained during hundreds of implementations will allow the benefits of EFACS to be brought to a wider audience.”

EFACS E/8 is browser, XML and Java based incorporating a broad range of business functions including Product Management, Change Control, Manufacturing, Financial, Business Intelligence, Reporting Tools, Mobile and Touchscreen Applications, Document Management, CRM, Workflow and many more.
