We have an exciting opportunity within our Support Department for an enthusiastic individual looking for a fresh challenge in a technology-driven company and a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Exel Support Desk team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to users of our ERP and Field Service Management business systems.

This is a technical role suited to a motivated team player with energy, a positive attitude toward learning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience or background in Engineering, Field Service, Accounting, ERP Systems, or IT
  • A solid understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., MSSQL,)
  • A logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately under pressure
  • An appreciation of the urgency in responding to customer enquiries
  • Experience providing technical advice and support to software users
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English

This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Long Eaton, Nottingham, with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid approach
